Who we are

LG Estate Solutions is a registered Florida company that buys residential property in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties directly from owners and heirs. Tony Forte makes every offer, and a small team helps answer calls and texts. We're not a franchise and not a lead-selling website that passes your number to five investors.

How the money moves

Every purchase closes through a licensed Florida title company. You sign at their office (or with a mobile notary). They hold the funds, pay off any mortgage and liens, and wire the balance to you. Money never passes through our hands before closing, and we never ask you for any.

What we will never ask you to do

Wire us money. Pay an application, processing, or 'assessment' fee. Sign a deed before closing. Give us your bank login or Social Security number. Make a decision on the phone. If anyone claiming to be us does any of those, hang up and call the number on this site.

What you can check

Pull our record on the state's business registry. Ask us which title company we're using and call them directly. Take our written offer to an attorney, a family member, or a real estate agent before you sign anything. We'd rather lose a deal to a careful seller than win one from a rushed one.
